Workshop Handouts

If you're unsure of how to get started with your research, consult the outline below for helpful tips on the various stages of the research process.

Choosing a Topic - Print

You have already chosen your topics for research.  However, if you are ever enrolled in any other classes where you are choosing your own topic for research and you have a hard time coming up with one you like, the library is here to help you.  We purchase books that list topics for research papers.  Take a look at one of the books below in your campus library.  Please click on the title for the location of the item within the library.  If you cannot make it in to the library, visit one of the sites listed on the file linked above called "Using Internet Sources to Select a Topic."

Workshop Survey

What did you think of the workshop you received in class that introduced HGTC Library's course related resources?  Let us know your thoughts!  Click on the link below to take a 10 question survey about the workshop.  The survey should take only 3-4 minutes to complete.

Thank you!
